Once you’re here, after you park, take a short walk towards the ocean and you’ll be at the outdoor ceremony site! Reception is held indoors at the same venue. The venue is accessible, wheelchair friendly with paved pathways and restrooms.
Traveling to LA?
For out-of-town guests, LAX is the biggest nearby airport!
From there, the drive to the venue in Palos Verdes is a scenic ~30 min drive south by the ocean.
Long Beach Airport (LGB) is the closest airport that’s small and chill. A bit further is Santa Ana (SNA) in Orange County or Burbank (BUR) north of LA are great chill options too.
Between LAX & Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach has super cute beach towns. Torrance has great asian food! There’s a lot of hotels and airbnb in the area. Just ask us if you need help planning your trip!

By when should I RSVP?
Please RSVP through our website (or just message either of us) by Friday April 24. We’ve chosen to have a small wedding with just our close friends and family, so we truly would love your presence!
But we completely understand life can be unpredictable, so if you’re not able to make it, feel free to update us anytime. We’ll just catch up and celebrate with you at another time. :)

The dress code in wedding terms is colorful semi-formal. Think dresses and collared shirts.
Our venue on a cliff overlooking the ocean, so we won’t be on the sand. Everything will be on a paved pathway - you’ll be okay on heels or dress shoes and your dress won’t get sandy.
The weather: it should be warm and sunny (70s) during the day and it’ll cool down to the 60s after sunset. We recommend sunscreen and a jacket just in case.
If you think rentals could be a more substainable option like I do, you could try Nuuly or Rent the Runway (these links gives you my discount code).
Our color theme is pastel, so colorful attire is encouraged!
All-black or all-white will seem out of place.
(For guys, any suits, collar shirts, etc. is fine!)

What’s the general schedule?
Here’s the flow of our celebration:
• 5:00- 5:30pm: Guest arrival
• 5:30 pm: Ceremony begins
• 6:00 pm: Dinner & toasts
• 8:30 pm: Party wraps up!
No dances, just vibes.
Can I bring a plus one?
Yes! We want all our friends to be comfortable, and if that means inviting your plus one, please go ahead.
Kids of all ages are welcome too!
Pets are allowed, but must be leashed per venue rules.
For kids and pets, please just give us a heads up in advance.
Can I take photos?
Yes! Photos are welcome - we’ll also share a Google photos album to upload them all! Feel free to post and share.
The theme is light - Alan first saw Yoojin as a light and wanted to be a lighthouse for her. 4 years later, when she prayed, God, help me to see him the way You want me to see him, she saw a gentle, soft light.
Please feel free to ASK Yoojin or Alan anything! So far wedding planning has been chill and fun, we’d love to hear questions at any point along the way!
Choose our adventure!
Your presence in our lives is already a wonderful present. If you wish, we would still be grateful if you voted for 1 out of 3 bucket-list honeymoon trips through a gift via Venmo (@yoojin-seol) or Zelle (yoojinseol@gmail.com or Yoojin’s phone#). We’ll also have a physical box for cards at the wedding! 💌
*10% of all gifts will also go to a charity, Treasures LA, that reach, restore, and equip survivors of human trafficking, abuse, and exploitation to live healthy, flourishing lives, and train others towards freedom across the globe.
